Social Science Week, November 2025
Quizzes, artwork, election manifestos, educational visits and awareness programmes connected the social sciences to real life.

The Social Science Department organised Social Science Week from 3 to 8 November 2025 for students from Shishu Vatika to Class X, with academic, creative and experiential activities designed in line with the Chinmaya Vision Programme.
Students took part in quizzes, artwork, logo and chart design, the preparation of election manifestos, educational visits, social awareness programmes and cultural activities.
What it set out to do
The week aimed for students to understand social, cultural, environmental and democratic ideas through activity, and to develop civic responsibility, environmental awareness, patriotism and sensitivity to society. The school records that it strengthened students' critical thinking, creativity, leadership and communication, nurtured civic and environmental awareness, and gave them a practical understanding of social concepts.
