1.00 p.m. – CIRS Gates Open
1.00 p.m. – Registration and Welcome (Chinmaya Vraja)
1.30 p.m. – Flag Hoisting & Inauguration of Anand Utsav 2026 (Front of school Block)
2.00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. – Sessions I, II & III of Parent–Teacher Meeting; Projects and Exhibitions by students (as per the appointment schedule)
3:30 p.m. – Tea (Academic Block)
3.30 p.m. – 4.15 p.m. – Session by our CIRS Guidance Counselor, for the parents of classes 11 and 12 (MPH)
6:15 p.m. – To be seated in the New Auditorium (Chinmaya Vraja)
6:45 p.m. – 8.15 p.m. – Address to parents by Pujya Swami Anukoolanandaji, Residential Director, CIRS; Award Distribution Ceremony (Chinmaya Vraja)
8:15 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. – Dinner (Hockey Court)
9:30 p.m. – CIRS Gates Close

8:45 a.m. – CIRS Gates open
9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. – Sessions IV, V, and VI of Parent–Teacher Meeting; Exhibitions continue (as per the appointment schedule)
10:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Tea (Academic Blocks)
1:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. – Lunch (boys and their parents in the Dining Hall; girls and their parents in the MPH)
2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Session VII of Parents – RHP Meeting, in the respective Dorms; Exhibitions close at 2:30 pm
Director’s address, in the AV Room – 2:30 to 3 pm for grade 9 parents; 3:15 to 3:45 pm for grade 10 parents
4:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Tea (in front of the Dorms)
4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. – Rest and getting ready (Dorm of your ward)
5:45 p.m. – Parents to be seated (Chinmaya Vraja)
6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. – Annual Day Program: Annual Report, Felicitation, Cultural Program (Chinmaya Vraja)
8:30 p.m. – Dinner (Hockey Court)
9:30 p.m. – CIRS Gates Close

7:15 a.m. – CIRS Gates open before breakfast
8:00 a.m. – 9:15 a.m. – Matru-Pitru Aradhana & Valedictory function; parents report directly to the New Auditorium (Chinmaya Vraja)
9:15 a.m. – 10.00 a.m. – Breakfast (Dining Hall / MPH)
10.00 a.m. – 12 noon – Sessions VIII and IX of Parent–Teacher Meeting (as per the appointment schedule)
11:00 a.m. – High Tea (Academic Blocks)
12 noon – CIRS Gates Open for Departure; students accompany their parents
